Eyeshadow Palettes For Perfect Autumn Eyes
It’s almost that time of year again when we switch our shorts for jeans, sandals for booties and Uggs, and tank tops for light sweaters! Fall is creeping up on us, and when Mother Nature changes her colors, so do we. Of course, this is definitely a perfect reason to go shopping for new eyeshadow palettes.
Not sure where to start? We got you! These palettes have been tested for pigment, blendability, and durability, and have become quick favorites. The best part is they are affordable without sacrificing quality. Morphe, ColourPop, L.A. Girl, and e.l.f. Cosmetics are the brands we tested and loved. Check them out!
e.l.f. Cosmetics Bite Size Eyeshadow Palette – Pumpkin Pie
The pumpkin frenzy is the key indicator that Fall has finally arrived and literally, you can find it everywhere! It’s no wonder, then, that e.l.f. Cosmetics’ Pumpkin Pie palette made it onto our list of favorite Fall eyeshadows. This quad delivers two matte shades and two shimmers, and fits perfectly into a small purse for quick, on-the-go convenience. The shadows are extremely easy to blend and have excellent pigment. Even without eyeshadow primer, these shadows stayed in place for a surprising amount of time without shifting or creasing. This eyeshadow quad can be purchased at Ulta for an unbeatable price of $3.00 (0.12 oz).
L.A. Girl Keep It Playful 9 Color Eyeshadow Palette – Foreplay
With nine shades ranging from the lightest matte pink, rich browns, to dusky rose shimmer and intense copper foils, L.A. Girl’s Keep it Playful palette in Foreplay provides every color needed to create a signature look this Fall! The packaging is a gorgeous, yet still small enough to fit into a purse, which makes this palette easy to use on-the-go. Each color is richly pigmented and easy to blend out. It’s important to note that using an eyeshadow primer will help prevent the foils from creasing after a longer wear time. This beautiful palette is available for purchase at L.A. Girl for $11 (0.6 oz).
L.A. Girl Under The Palm 16 Color Eyeshadow Palette
Yes, another one from L.A. Girl! This palette has a mixture of matte, shimmer, and foil shadows ranging from dark browns and greens, to foiled coppers and shimmering rose golds. While this palette is named for Summer, it has many of the colors associated with Fall. With 16 shades to choose from, blending a new Fall look is effortless! As with L.A. Girl’s other palettes, these colors are very pigmented. Remember to use an eyeshadow primer to prolong the wear time without any creasing. This palette is sold at Ulta for $15.99 (1.23 oz).
ColourPop Nude Mood Eyeshadow Palette
ColourPop’s Nude Mood palette features a mix of nine matte, metallic and “Super Shock” neutral shades that are perfect for a Fall glam look! These pigmented colors range from ivory to burnt sienna and provide those deep, earthy, Fall tones. These shades have been tested by and on me with and without eyeshadow primer. While they held up nicely in humidity without the primer, creasing was experienced when I didn’t apply primer. Get this gorgeous palette exclusively at Ulta for $14.00!
